Our conception was originally designed to meet the training needs of local businesses and organisations but subsequently expanded throughout the country. Initiated as a commercial venture in 2002, McPherson Training has rapidly grown and now has its own purpose built facility based in Elgin, offering training that has helped companies develop and has improved the skills base of many individuals.
