Our conception was originally designed to meet the training needs of local businesses and organisations but subsequently expanded throughout the country. Initiated as a commercial venture in 2002, McPherson Training has rapidly grown and now has its own purpose built facility based in Elgin, offering training that has helped companies develop and has improved the skills base of many individuals. However, our services can be provided at a location to best meet clients needs.
Our diverse clientele, ranges from Government departments, large multi-national corporations, small businesses and the individual user. We are passionate about both training and customer satisfaction; constantly seeking solutions to customer training problems. Our off-the-shelf range of courses can be augmented by bespoke designed courses to meet specific customer’s requirements at competitive prices.

Our dedicated trainers have in excess of 40 years experience, which is utilised in supporting our trainees in achieving their maximum potential.
